Joyning the Learning

We have been very busy recently!! We have been working hard on our topic, the farm. We have created lots of art work for our wall displays and completed lots of writing about our topic in preparation for our Open Evening.

We also made lots of activities for our guests to take part in and learn all about our topic, it was great fun!

We had our open evening on the 12th March, and it was a great success! All our guests had a great time, reading all of our work, and looking at our displays as well as playing our games and activities! We even had a small performance of farm songs with our animal masks. We really enjoyed it and all the hard work was worth it!

We are now starting to learn all of our Easter songs for the Easter Bonnet Parade coming up at the end of the month. We have made our Easter Bonnets to wear at the parade. We are really excited, as we will be singing with the rest of primary 2, as well as primary 1 and 3.

As it is coming up to the end of term and we getting excited about our end of term reward as it is a pyjama party! we can't wait!!
